Excellent service from Wowbbq. I placed my order for a weber mastertouch premium at 1155 am, and less than 2 hrs later, it had been dispatched. I received my order 2 days later, by DPD. The bbq arrived in perfect condition, with all parts present. I can wholeheartedly recommend Wowbbq.

Bought a Weber master touch BBQ - great price and arrived quickly. My lid had been damaged in transit or during manufacture - but I raised this with WOWBBQ and they arranged for a replacement lid that arrived within a week and let me keep the damaged one to use in the meantime.

I've used this company a couple of times in the last year and both times the experience has been excellent. I've got an old Weber gas BBQ that has been superseded, and I needed to change the ignition system. I called them up and spoke to a someone that was knowledgeable and provided the correct advice, the parts were competitively priced and delivered the next day. The other time I was just buying a new cover, which again was competitively priced and delivered the next day.

Really impressed with these guys! I called them a few times before I ordered to enquire about some BBQs, they were very responsive and super helpful. I ordered the BBQ in the afternoon and it arrived next day in the morning! It was super fast, loved it. Totally recommend these guys

Outstanding customer service - even through COVID-19 and lockdowns.
Had a small issue with a slightly damaged lid on my BBQ. The guys followed up with Weber and arranged a replacement lid.
Cannot rate these guys highly enough. If only they had a shop in Ireland..

Absolutely amazing service ! Ordered on Saturday and was told on Monday that the price of the BBQ had been dropped and as not to miss out they refunded my account with the difference, amazing!! Item delivery early Tuesday. If only all online shopping was as good.

Ordered 5 products from the company, but only 4 were sent. I have so far e-mailed (their preferred communication method) their customer services team 5 times and not had a response.

I placed an order on the 12th of June. Nothing had arrived by the 24th so I sent an email to ask if they could follow up, I got a response on the 25th telling me the order had been canceled due to the item being out of stock. Will not use again.

Cannot rate this company more highly. We had a issue with our BBQ (not their fault, the manufacturers) and without hesitation the team (in particular Patrick) sorted it out and organised new parts to rectify the issue which arrived within a week. Massively impressive with the service and a great price too. What’s not to love?!
